Absolutely no NSFW pieces for anyone under 18 years old!
Payment:
-All payments must be made in USD via PayPal, and are processed upfront through my Ko-fi page.
-All sales are final once payment is received. I will complete your commission as agreed, so please make sure you're confident in your decision before purchasing.
Process Overview:
You'll receive updates at each stage of your commission:-Start – I begin your piece after discussing your vision with you.
-Sketch Phase - You may request 5 free changes/adjustments. Any more will cost extra.
-Render – Flats and depth are added. Any changes here will cost extra even if you didn't use all 5 of your free revisions during the sketch phase.
-Finish – Your piece is complete!Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on my waitlist and the complexity of your order.
Revisions & Communication:-During the Sketch phase you have 5 free revisions/adjustments. Any more revisions will cost extra.-If we've moved onto the rendering phase and you want to make a revision, it will cost extra even if you didn't use all 5 free revisions in the sketch phase.-Please respond to update messages within 48 hours to keep your commission on track. If I don’t hear back, I’ll proceed using my best judgment.
Respect & Creative Boundaries:-I welcome thoughtful collaboration, but please keep communication respectful and constructive.-Requests that compromise the integrity of the work, exceed the agreed scope, or disregard these terms may be declined.-Harassment, excessive demands, or disrespectful behavior will result in cancellation without refund.
Client Rights:
-Artwork is for personal use only.-Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.-Credit must be given to me when sharing or reposting the work online. Credit must include my artist name (‘Phayena’) and, when possible, a direct tag or link to my profile or portfolio.
Artist Rights:
-I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.-I reserve the right to share the artwork in my portfolio, gallery, or promotional materials.-I may decline any commission request at my discretion, without the need to provide a reason.
Delivery:
-Product will be delivered as a PNG and JPEG through your provided email.
Do's & Don'ts:
-Do's:
-Furries — both SFW and NSFW.
-Ferals in SFW contexts.
-Humans, aliens, robots, and cyborgs.
-Mild gore (e.g., blood splatters, bruises, surface wounds).
-Fantasy, sci-fi, and emotionally resonant themes.
-NSFW content that respects adult boundaries and character integrity.
-Don'ts:
-Ferals in NSFW contexts.
-Underaged characters or characters that appear underaged.
-Fetish content or kink-based themes.
-Hardcore NSFW or explicit sexual acts.
-Bestiality or animal genitalia.
-Horror themes involving excessive violence, trauma, or psychological distress.
-Religious iconography, doctrine, or narratives.
-Political content, hate speech, or discriminatory themes.
Acceptance of Terms:
-By commissioning a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
